SXET offers custom glass size and thickness solutions including:
Molded Flat Glass: We can manufacture more than 19mm thickness.
Tempered Glass: The maximum thickness we can produce is 19mm.
Quartz Glass: Offering diameter up to 150cm
Flameworking Glass: Can be manufactured with 30cm diameter
Pressed Glass: We offer 50cm x 50cm dimensions
Handblown Glass: Can be produced with 60cm diameter and length

Glass Screen Printing
SXET offers glass screen printing through Class 100000 or Class 1000 cleanroom with automatic or semi-automatic printer. We use inks with different colors such as high temperature frits, low temperature epoxies, and metallics.
We also provide edge printing for medium or small glass materials using ceramic frit ink. Ceramic ink printing have no thickness or size limitations. However, we only offer edge printing with epoxy ink for maximum of 72 inch x 54 inch size.
Custom Laser Marking
SXET offers two laser engraving and marking services to customize your glass parts. This includes:
- CO2 Laser Marking for Uncoated or Coated Glass. This process marks directly to the glass surface. It creates a non-removable and readable information. We can laser mark the surface or the edge of your glass parts.
- Graphic Marking using CO2 Laser Engraving.We laser engraved your glass parts with readable QR codes, bar codes, and icons.
Custom Glass Packaging
You can choose from different packaging such as:
Protection against moisture and dust: We offer packaging such as heat shrinking, foam or plastic trays, plastic coverings inside the crate, PH neutral papers, and silica gel packets.
Wafer Containers: You can choose a plastic wafer containers to pack your glass wafers treated with special surface finish.

Custom Optical Bonding
